Build lasting relationships.
Today, we're launching the Abacor MCP connector for Claude, a direct connection between Anthropic's Claude and Abacor. It means every meeting, contact, organization, and action item you've captured in Abacor is now accessible through natural conversation with Claude, on the web, on desktop, or on mobile.
MCP (Model Context Protocol) is Anthropic's open standard for connecting AI assistants to the systems where your work actually lives. The Abacor MCP connects Abacor directly into Claude, so Claude can read your meetings, your contacts, your organizations, and your action items directly, with your permission, and inside your existing access controls.
No copying notes into a chat window. No re-explaining who a client is. No hunting through last month's summaries to remember what you promised. You bring Claude into a conversation, and it already knows the relevant context.
Once connected, Claude can:
The MCP also respects your role-based permissions, so you only ever see what you're supposed to see.
For accountants, advisors, and any team running on client relationships, the bottleneck has never been the work itself. It's the surrounding load. Recalling what was said three meetings ago. Tracking what each Partner owes each client. Walking into a 9 a.m call with no time to re-read the last summary. Updating someone who joined the engagement halfway through.
Abacor was built to capture that institutional memory automatically. The Claude integration makes it conversational. Instead of clicking through dashboards, you ask. Instead of digging for the right meeting, you say what you remember and Claude finds it. Instead of building a status update from scratch, you ask Claude to draft one from the last five touchpoints with a client, and it does.
The other unlock is composition. Because Claude can use multiple MCP servers in the same conversation, Abacor data can flow into the next step naturally: pulling your action items and drafting follow-up emails through Gmail, generating a client briefing as a Google Doc, or building a recap deck for your Partner meeting, all from one prompt.
A few prompts that show what's possible once your Abacor workspace is connected:
Weekly standup
"What action items do I have open this week? Group them by client and flag anything overdue."
Pre-meeting prep
"I have a call with Sarah at Henderson Group tomorrow. Pull her last three meetings, the open items on the account, and give me a one-page brief."
Client status snapshots
"Summarize everything that's happened with Christian Wolff over the last 90 days, meetings, decisions, and what's still outstanding."
Upsell and cross-sell opportunities
"From my client meetings over the last year, list all the upsell and cross-sell opportunities to deliver more value to my clients.”
Partner handoffs
"I'm handing off the Marquez engagement to David. Draft a handoff brief: who the contacts are, the recent meeting history, open action items, and any sensitive context."
Pipeline review
"Which prospects have I met with in the last 60 days that don't have a follow-up scheduled? Surface the ones where I committed to next steps."
Cross-tool workflows
"Pull the open action items from my last meeting with Acme and draft a follow-up email in Outlook to the client confirming each one."
If you're an existing Abacor customer, the Claude MCP is available now. Permissions follow your existing role in Abacor, so Claude can only see what you can see.
If you're not yet using Abacor and you love Claude, this is a good moment to take a look at how powerful the two tools are together. Schedule a demo today and we will get you started immediately.
We're excited to see how you use your new favorite Claude MCP connector.
