Your Client Conversations, Now Turned Into Revenue

Starting today, Abacor finds the work your clients are already asking for. Most firms don’t have a lead generation problem. They have a listening problem.

Somewhere in last quarter’s meetings, the Hendersons mentioned they’d bought a rental property. Marquez said her partner had started contracting on the side. The Wolff family asked, almost in passing, whether they should be thinking about a second entity. Every one of those was an advisory conversation waiting to happen. None of them turned into one, because the person in the meeting was focused on the meeting, and by the time anyone wrote anything up, the moment had passed.

That’s the gap Revenue Assistant is built to close. It reads the conversations your firm is already having, matches what it hears against the services you already offer, and tells you where the opportunities are.

“The idea is simple. Your clients tell you what they need. Sometimes they say it directly. More often it comes out indirectly: a new hire mentioned in passing, a question about a loan, a frustration with cash flow. Great accountants pick up on those signals. But they rarely arrive as a service request, and almost never all in one meeting.”

Revenue Assistant works across everything Abacor captures: meetings, transcripts, decisions, and changes in circumstance. It does the pattern matching a Partner would do if they had time to re-read every client meeting from the last twelve months. It surfaces the opportunity, shows you why it thinks so, and leaves the decision with you.

How it works

Tell Revenue Assistant what your firm sells, either by importing your service catalog from Anchor or Ignition or by adding services yourself. From then on, it listens to your client conversations and flags opportunities. Each one shows the service it recommends, estimated revenue, confidence score, and what the client said that pointed to it. Nothing goes out automatically. It catches the signals, and you decide what to do with them.

Why we built this

Firms don’t usually lose revenue dramatically. They lose it quietly, in the space between what a client said and what anyone did about it. A comment in month two that would have been a straightforward advisory engagement in month three, if only someone had connected the two. And more often than not, the two things that needed connecting were said in different meetings, months apart, to different people.

Abacor already captures those conversations. It seemed strange to let them sit there as a record when they could be working. Revenue Assistant is the first step toward a firm where the growth opportunities inside your existing client base don’t depend on which Partner happened to remember what.
